Tom Guffick

After a meteoric rise through the 3s then 2s, Tom put himself forward for 1s Captain in just his second year. Following brave selection changes, he guided Constantine 1s to the top of Division 1 and took the reins for the second successive year by popular demand. The team charged for the Premier League title with a hugely committed team and fell just short to finish third - the club's best final position to date.

Tom has selected the best team over his time as the most successful 1s Captain to date.
